lvermectin1 0.2–0.4 mg/kg per portion (take with or after suppers) — one portion day by day, take for five days or until recovered* Use upper portion range if  1) in locales with more forceful variations; 2) treatment began on or after day 5 of side effects or in pneumonic stage, or 3) different comorbidities/hazard factors.
Fluvoxamine 50 mg twice day by day for 10–14 days. Add to ivermectin if: 1) negligible reaction following two days of ivermectin; 2) in areas with more forceful variations; 3) treatment began on or after day 5 of manifestations or in pneumonic stage, or 4) various comorbidities/hazard factors.
